The Creekside Golf Course clubhouse and restaurant is open again, eight months after a fire completely destroyed the old space. While construction was happening, fundraisers were held to help staff who lost wages. Outdoor seating and a fire pit were added with the rebuild. The greens reopened in March with a temporary clubhouse, but this marks the first week with the new permanent clubhouse and restaurant. Creekside will be hosting a Tunnels to Towers golf tournament on Sept. 7 with proceeds going to to Tunnels to Towers, which helps first responders and military in need.
