Plans for a new strip mall were approved this week by the City of Huntington Zoning Board. The new shopping center could breathe new life into the former YWCA area along 5th Avenue. The site was bulldozed in 2022. Plans call for the new strip center to hold five tenants, inlcuding at one with a drive-thru. One national tenant is also expected to move in once the building is complete.
