Deputies responded to a Raleigh County home after a victim claimed he was pepper sprayed and struck with a baseball bat. 30-year old Sarah Snider of Beckley, has been charged with malicious wounding, according to a social media post from the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office. The post said deputies arrived at a Juniper Street residence in Beckley where Snider was arrested and a man was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment for injuries that do not appear to be life threatening. Snider is being held at Southern Regional Jail on a $20,000 bail.
