Reward increased in Kanawha County sex trafficking investigation

A cash reward has been increased for information on a Kanawha County man wanted in an investigation, according to U.S. Marshals. 48-year old Tiwan Robert “Quick” Bailey is wanted in relation to the operation of a sex trafficking group with underage victims. A reward for information leading to his arrest has been increased from $5,000 to $10,000. Investigators said Bailey has strong ties to the community of Rand and has multiple family members in Charleston’s West Side.
The news release said Bailey has a violent criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Bailey’s location may call the USMS Tip Hotline at 1-877-926-8332 or the USMS Southern District of West Virginia at 304-347-5136.
