A woman has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured one person in Kanawha County in August. Dominique Ely faces charges related to the incident on Aug. 22 at the Davidson Avenue and Church Drive intersection in Rand. Andre Jenkins had been shot in the arm and was taken to Charleston Area Medical Center for treatment. A vehicle that was registered in Ely’s name, surveillance video, and interviews led to detectives identifying her as a suspect.
