Cabell County man facing multiple charge after threatening mother and stealing her car

A Cabell County man is facing multiple charges after stealing a car and threatening several people while holding a knife.That’s according to court documents. Deputies responded to a domestic call on Martha Road in Barboursville on Wednesday. Martha McCaw called 911 and told dispatchers her son had threatened to kill her. Charles McCaw took his mother’s keys and took off in her car. McCaw then drove to where he previously worked, and started to harass employees there. One employee took action and was able to get McCaw to the ground, where he restrained McCaw with duct tape until authorities could get there. Cabell County deputies, Barboursville P.D., and West Virginia State Police were all involved in the arrest. McCaw is being held at Western Regional Jail on a $ 59,800 bond.
