The city of St. Albans has a new 9-hole disc golf course that’s been installed at St. Albans City Park. A grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 21. The beginner-friendly design rests at the upper portion of the park, starting and ending at the parking lot beside the public pool. The course features turf tee pads, signage and baskets with a mix of open and wooded holes. Families are welcome to register for the upcoming tournament, which will provide each player with a disc to get started.
