Two arrests have been made as West Virginia State Police investigate the theft of $35,000 in copper and transformers from a Logan County mining company. Michael Brock, 38, and Stephanie Prince, 36, have been charged with burglary, grand larceny, destruction of property and transferring stolen goods, according to a news release from State Police. Brock and Prince are being held at Southwestern Regional Jail.
