A man who is a person of interest in a double murder investigation in Virginia was apprehended in Cabell County this week according to investigators. Xavier Perkins, 36, was taken into custody Wednesday night at a hotel in Huntington as a fugitive of justice out of Richmond, Va., according to U.S. Marshals. Reports in Virginia said investigators were considering Perkins a person of interest after two men were found dead earlier this year. Police warned that Perkins was considered armed and dangerous. U.S. marshals said West Virginia State Police and law enforcement from multiple counties helped locate and arrest Perkins.
