Suspect sought after windows are vandalized at the Cabell County Courthouse

The Cabell County Courthouse suffered some major damage after deputies said a man was caught on camera knocking out windows. Cabell County Sheriff Chuck Zerkle said an arrest warrant has been issued for Christopher Meade, who is accused of breaking at least 21 windows at the courthouse. Zerkle said the incident happened at about 10 p.m. Sunday. Due to the age of the building and its custom window panes, Zerkle said it is expected to take a while before the windows are replaced. Initial damage estimates are believed to be about $20,000.
