.A woman was arrested this week in connection to a shooting that injured one person in Kanawha County in August, according to court records. Dominique Marie Ely, 30, was taken into custody relating to an incident that happened on Aug. 22 when police responded to a reported shooting in the Rand community. Detectives found two victims, including Andre Jenkins who had been shot in the arm. With a video in evidence authorities determined that Ely allegedly assisted the male suspect and faces multiple charges including accessory, malicious or unlawful assault and endangerment with a firearm.
