A Huntington man is sentenced in the death of Chrystina Judd

A man has been sentenced to prison on charges connected to the death of a Huntington woman. 25-year old Brock Allen Meade of Huntington, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and the concealment the body of Chrystina Judd. Investigators said Meade worked with his brother, Tucker Meade, to transport the woman’s body to Carter County, Kentucky. Skeletal remains were found along the AA Highway by mushroom hunters after Judd was reported missing. Investigators said Judd had been shot in the head. Prosecutors dropped charges against Tucker Meade, citing his cooperation with investigators. Eyewitness News said Meade was originally charged with first-degree murder, but plead guilty to the lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter, resulting in a 15-year sentence. The concealment charge added one-to-five years and the sentences will run consecutively.
