Some Cabell County students had the opportunity to explore some future career options on Tuesday morning. Cabell County Sheriff deputies along with some other first responders visited Martha Elementary to participate in a career day event. Students learned about the workings of different departments by seeing things like a crime scene van,K9 demonstration, and a boat. The Barboursville Fire Department, Barboursville Police Department, West Virginia State Police, Cabell County EMS, and Huntington Police Department also participated in the event.
