A trial date has been set in the case of a Huntington man accused of killing his 3-month-old daughter. Shannon Overstreet is charged with murder, child abuse and concealment in relation to the 2021 disappearance of his daughter, Angel. A trial is set for March 18, 2025 with pre-trial motions scheduled for Jan. 21. Overstreet has pled not guilty to charges, claiming he handed the baby over to Child Protective Services, but the agency had no record of an exchange. The case has gained national attention.
