The Republican and Democratic gubernatorial candidates in West Virginia have agreed to a debate. Republican candidate Patrick Morrisey and Democratic candidate Steve Williams will square off in a debate on Tuesday, Oct. 29, from 7-9 p.m. The debate will be hosted by MetroNews and moderated by Hoppy Kercheval.
