The West Virginia State University ROTC Hall of Fame has a new honoree. Lieutenant Colonel Alice Hampton Smith serves in the Georgia Army National Guard as a deputy commander for the 201st Regional Support Group Forward, and was inducted into the WVSU ROTC Hall of Fame last Friday. More than 170 members have been inducted since 1980.
