Nomad teen is accused of setting two fires in West Virginia

A train-hopping teenager faces two counts of second-degree arson after fires were set in McDowell County on Monday. West Virginia State Poilce said 19-year old Anthony Scott is accused of setting fire to a child care facility in the Elkhorn area and then later returning to set fire to a second building. Troopers said it appears Scott traveled to the area from Michigan by train-hopping. The motive isn’t clear and the incidents remain under investigation.
