The Putnam Public Service District is asking its customers to conserve water as dry conditions continue. The Putnam PSD is purchasing water from West Virginia American Water, and it’s asking people not to water lawns or cars, and skip using water for fountains, waterfalls, and other ornamental purposes. The voluntary water conservation request will remain in effect until further notice.
