The West Virginia State Fire Marshal’s Office said an Amber Alert issued for a 15-month-old girl in Huntington was related to a fatal fire that killed two people in Wayne County on Sunday night. The infant, Makynlee Morrow, was found safe in Lincoln County about an hour after the Amber Alert was issued Monday, according to West Virginia State Police. Joshua R. Morrow, the non-custodial father in the case, is not in custody and no one has been charged in connection with the fire. The investigation is continuing.
