David Andrew Huynh, 31, of Charleston is accused of driving with a blood alcohol concentration twice the legal limit following a crash with four children in his vehicle, according to court records. He is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and child neglect resulting in injury in an incident dating back to August 27, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court on Friday. Huynh is accused of driving a vehicle that crashed on Virginia Street West after it allegedly ran a red light.
