West Virginia State Police said a man wanted on two counts first-degree murder and one count of first-degree arson was arrested early Friday morning. Joshua Morrow, 42, was arrested at a home in the 900 block of 23rd Street in Huntington about 2 a.m. Friday morning without incident, according to West Virginia State Police First Sgt. B.K. Wellman. Morrow is charged in connection with a fire in Wayne County on Monday that killed Britney Brown, 34, and her mother, Erma Brown, 57. Officials have said the fire was connected to an AMBER Alert issued out of Huntington hours after the fire. Morrow was initially named as a suspect in that, but the 15-month-old child was eventually found safe in Lincoln County.
