The West Virginia Water Development Authority approved two dozen projects across the state Tuesday, which will aided by more than $67 million in grants. Eyewitness News said the Economic Enhancement Grant Fund projects aim to improve water and sewage service in several places, including Ansted, where the water treatment plant will see $4.7 million in upgrades. In Cabell County, $1 million will bring waterline replacements along US 60 and a water storage tank to Milton. In Jackson County, $32.3 million will go for a new wastewater treatment plant in Ravenswood.
