Charleston man wanted on sex trafficking charges is arrested in Kentucky

A man wanted in a federal sex trafficking case in West Virginia was taken into custody last week in Kentucky. Federal prosecutors announced Tiwan Bailey of Charleston was arrested in Lexington, Kentucky last Friday. Eyewitness News said Bailey, also known as “Quick,” is accused of sex trafficking four victims, including a minor, and allegedly obstructing investigators and prosecutors. Bailey worked with David Lee White and Carrie Roy to carry out the alleged crimes. Both White and Roy have also been charged.
