Low-income homeowners may qualify for help with repairs

The City of Charleston’s Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program helps those who meet low income requirements with emergency or corrective repairs. The income limits are linked to the number of people living there. One person can qualify for assistance with an income at or below $43,250. For two people it’s $49,450. Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis at the city service center.
