Charleston’s indooor farmer’s market was a big success

The Charleston Coliseum hosted dozens of West Virginia owned businesses on Saturday and customers were there to support them. For some vendors this was their first time in attendance at the Winter Blues Farmers Market, according to Eyewitness News. The indoor farmer’s market also brought in more money then the year before, by about forty percent. Some vendors sold out before the end of the event. The farmers market is put on each year by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the West Virginia Small Farm Conference.
