A man accused of threatening a woman with a gun before sexually abusing her is facing several charges. William Frame of Birch River has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse, wanton endangerment, burglary, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, according to jail records. On Monday, Frame stepped on a woman’s property along Bays Ridge Road and began arguing with a man outside of the woman’s home, according to a news release from the Nicholas County Sheriff’s Office. Frame fired a gun in the area of the man before entering the woman’s home without permission, according to Eyewitness News.
