Deputies have released new information in a Summers County kidnapping investigation that led to two arrests. Lisa Pack and Shawn Dean were charged with concealment or removal of a minor child from a custodian after deputies went to a Jumping Branch home to serve a family court order, according to deputies. While explaining court documents to the biological mother of the child, an argument led Lisa Pack to leave the home with the toddler, who was later picked up by Shawn Dean. Investigators said a vehicle connected to the kidnapping was later found in Raleigh County, resulting in the two arrests. Deputies said the child was found safe in the vehicle and has been returned to her biological father.
