WVU track an field will compete in NCAA East First Rounds

Six members of the West Virginia University track and field team qualified to compete at the NCAA East First Rounds, hosted by North Florida on May 28-31 at Visit Jax Track at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. West Virginia will send sophomore Kishay Rowe to compete in the 800 meters, while graduate student Sarah Tait has qualified for the 3,000-meter steeplechase. Redshirt junior Emily Bryce and freshman Naomi Kemboi will both race in the 5,000 meters. Additionally, freshman Joy Naukot qualified for the 10,000 meters while redshirt sophomore Annishka McDonald was selected to compete in the high jump.
