Cabell County to launch Family Treatment Court next week

Cabell County Circuit Court has a new addition: Family Treatment Court will start later this month. The family treatment court is the 14th in West Virginia, serving 18 counties across the state. Country performer, Cledus T. Judd, spoke at the court’s opening this week and talked about his battle with drugs and said he’s been clean for nearly 21 years. Eyewitness News said Cabell County Circuit Court Judge Sean Hammers will preside over the family court. The first official session of Family Treatment Court will be July 24.
