Award-winning chef, Paul Smith, has opened a new restaurant. Paulie’s Italian opened on Bridge Road in Charleston this week with recipes inspired by Smith’s grandfather, who taught him to cook. The restaurant opens at 4 pm each day and it’s closed on Mondays.
