Arclin talks about what to do during a shelter-in-place

Arclin, along with several public safety organizations, provided information to the public in Marmet recently about what they should do if there is ever a shelter-in-place ordered like there was ten days ago after a chemical leak in Belle. Arclin Plant Manager Alicha Hunt said you would shut off outside air and also put either towels around your door frames or tape them up and go to an interior room. Eyewitness News said, over the last three years, Arclin has put over $18 million in upgrades to the facility including upgrades to the system that shuts the unit down if anything goes beyond its operating limits just last year.
