City officials have made plans for a road closure to accommodate a fireworks show in St. Albans. The Dick Henderson Memorial Bridge will be closed to vehicles Sunday, Aug. 31 from 8:30-10:30 p.m. They’ll have a Labor Day fireworks show from the bridge starting at 9:30 p.m. The lower parking lot of Roadside Park will be closed on Sunday to prepare for the event.
