Students at New Haven Elementary are back in class today after mold was discovered in part of the building.
School officials say the issue was likely caused by recent roof maintenance combined with an unusually humid summer. Crews quickly removed the mold and placed dehumidifiers in the affected classrooms as a precaution.
After receiving the all-clear, classes resumed this morning — Tuesday, August 19th.
