Training exercise on the Kanawha River leads to the discovery of a submerged vehicle

Police launched an investigation after dive teams made a peculiar discovery at the bottom of the Kanawha River. During a scheduled shift training Tuesday, divers found a 1970s-era vehicle underwater, according to a social media post from the St. Albans Fire Department. They said it looked like it had been submerged for decades. They brought it to the surface, and now St. Albans police are handling the investigation.
