Alcon has officially cut the ribbon on a $60 million expansion of its Lesage facility in Cabell County.
The Switzerland-based eye care company operates 17 manufacturing sites worldwide. The new expansion is expected to give the Lesage location a competitive edge within the company’s global network.
While production will continue at the original facility for now, all employees are expected to transition to the new building by 2026.
