A West Virginia judge has granted a temporary restraining order halting the state’s sale of its four hospitals at the end of the month.Marion County Circuit Court Judge Matthew S. Delligati issued the order Friday in response to a lawsuit filed on behalf of Mary DeVito, a resident of the John Manchin Sr. Health Care Center in Fairmont, which is included in the proposed sale, according to court documents
