A popular Clay County eatery that serves wood-fired pizza and homemade ice cream is expanding to a second location in South Charleston. Pizzas & Cream is a well-known restaurant in Nebo, a rural part of Clay County. It first opened in March 2015, and word quickly spread of the pizzeria’s unique atmosphere. Customers not only can get wood-fired pizza but are able to enjoy it outside on a farm, where the kids and the chickens run free on the property. They can’t bring the chickens to their new location, but they will bring their farm-to-table ingredients, which feature non-GMO flour with no added oil and a low-sugar red sauce.
