West Virginia International Yeager Airport is getting a major upgrade.
Airport officials unveiled plans this week for a multimillion-dollar renovation that will modernize much of the terminal with a new front entrance, brighter spaces, and more room for travelers.
The work will focus on pre-security areas, so daily flights aren’t expected to be affected.
Construction is set to begin within the next three weeks and should take a year and a half to finish.
