A longtime Cabell County judge is retiring after more than 14 years on the bench. Judge Paul Farrell Sr. was honored at a retirement celebration late last week, marking the end of a career that began in 1978 after graduating from WVU’s College of Law. Along with his judicial service, Judge Farrell is a U.S. Army veteran and longtime community volunteer, coaching youth sports and helping with Habitat for Humanity and Hospice of Huntington.
