Deputies are asking for public assistance to locate a Kanawha County man who has been reported missing. Yugi Lipscomb, 19, of Coopers Creek was reported missing on Monday and was last seen in Charleston, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies are asking anyone with information on the man’s location to call 304-357-0169 and ask for Sgt. Summers or to speak with a detective.
