Governor Patrick Morrisey cut the ribbon Friday on the newly renovated Montgomery Bridge. The project, connecting Montgomery and Smithers over the Kanawha River, wrapped up last week after nearly four years of construction.
Local leaders called the $22 million project worth the wait. It was completed in two phases.
