A Portsmouth man is facing charges after police seized more than ten thousand dollars’ worth of drugs during a raid in Scioto County.
Portsmouth Police say 62-year-old John Wallington was arrested and charged with drug trafficking and possession. Officers executed a search warrant that turned up 81 grams of suspected fentanyl or opiates, nine grams of crack cocaine, five loaded guns, digital scales, baggies, and nearly $3,800 in cash.
Police say the estimated street value of the drugs is just under eleven thousand dollars.
