The playoff brackets are set for state high school football. Buckhannon-Upshur will play at Morgantown on Friday evening. Hedgesville will play at Huntington, and Parkersburg South will be at Martinsburg on the same night. Also in Class AAAA, on Saturday, Washington will play at Jefferson while George Washington will host Oak Hill. In Class AAA, Elkins will visit Spring Valley on Saturday and Capital will play at Nitro on Friday. Herbert Hoover will host Winfield on Saturday afternoon.
