A woman has been charged in a deadly hit-and-run investigation earlier this week. WCHS TV said 30-year old Marissa Russell of Milton has been charged with hit-and-run causing death following an incident on Tuesday in Mason County. West Virginia State Police said the accident happened in the 700 block of Wood School Road and 58-year old Virgil Patterson died in the accident.
