Two people have been charged after a toddler was found in a roadway in Logan County. Selina Doss, 28, and Rodney Morgan, 29, were charged with child neglect with risk of injury on Christmas Day, according to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies found the toddler after being called to the Bruno area. Both Doss and Morgan are each currently being held on $10,000 bonds.
