The City of Huntington has released updated hours for local warming centers as extreme cold conditions continue across the region. Several shelters are open through Sunday, February 1st, including Harmony House, The Hub, City Mission, and multiple Cabell County Library branches, offering daytime and overnight warming options.
City Mission’s lobby remains open 24 hours a day, while other locations are operating on adjusted weekday and weekend schedules.
Extreme Cold Warnings remain in effect for the entire area, with dangerous travel conditions caused by melting snow, freezing rain, and rainfall.
