A Huntington man who fled police on a bicycle last year has been sentenced to three and a half years in federal prison for a gun crime. Kristopher Osborne was also given three years of supervised release for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Prosecutors said officers tried to stop Osborne in February 2025 on Third Street, and after he crashed his bike, they found a loaded pistol in his waistband. Osborne is barred from owning firearms due to prior felony convictions, including grand larceny, drug offenses, breaking and entering, and conspiracy.
