Putnam County Schools have approved the academic calendar for the 2026–2027 school year. Classes will begin for students on Monday, August 24, with Thanksgiving Break the week of November 23 and Christmas Break starting December 23. Spring Break is scheduled for March 26 through April 2, 2027, and the final day of school for students will be June 4.
