A passenger was hospitalized and the driver arrested after a vehicle flipped Saturday night near Pinch.

According to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 10:30 p.m. in the 3800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. West Virginia State Police say a 19-year-old woman was ejected when the vehicle overturned onto its top. She was alert and conscious at the scene and taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
