A Mingo County man has been arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assault of two juvenile girls.
West Virginia State Police say 30-year-old Dakota Ryan Hatfield is charged with two counts of sexual abuse after a report was received in October involving two victims, ages 9 and 11. One of the girls disclosed that Hatfield assaulted both victims on multiple occasions while they were in his care.
Hatfield was arrested Monday and is being held at the Southwestern Regional Jail on $100,000 cash-only bail while awaiting arraignment.
